By Sponsored February 26, 2020

After 65 million years, dinosaurs return to ZooTampa at Lowry Park for an adventure of epic proportions! The limited time event, Dinos Alive! connects prehistoric species to modern day wildlife found at the zoo. Starting on February 29 and running through May 31, guests can travel back in time and come face-to-face with more than 30 animated, larger-than-life dinosaurs from a Stegosaurus to a T-Rex.

The event features interactive adventures for explorers of all ages, including:

·         A travel through time where guests can navigate the past to discover species not seen for tens of millions of years!

·         A Dino Dig where guests can tap into their inner paleontologist and help uncover long-buried fossils of their favorite dinosaurs.

·         A fun educational adventure along the path where guests can get informed on the easy ways everyone can contribute to the conservation of wildlife and prevent the next extinction.

·         Options for guests to satisfy their massive hunger between dino hunts with specialty dining and a fun shop offering dino-themed merchandise and gifts.

Adult and junior paleontologists will be talking about this dino-mite adventure at ZooTampa for decades to come! The event is included with daily general admission. For more information, please visit ZooTampa.org/Dinos.
